During this programming process, we establish a design and construction plan that maximizes your budget and suits your requirements perfectly—without supplying more or less than you need.

The KDW programming phase culminates in delivery of a formal proposal with a drive-out price, so there are no hidden fees or surprises at closing. To eliminate ambiguities and unanswered questions, your proposal also contains site plans, color renderings, 3-D computer models and detailed delivery expectations.
