“I schedule and coordinate all the design and construction processes including the selection, hiring and oversight of engineers, architects and specialty trade contractors; but my main job is solving problems. It’s also part of my job to stay abreast of the latest technological advancements, tools, techniques and products such as the new sustainable products. I interact with the clients, the KDW staff, the trades people and local inspectors as well—so I guess you could say that I’m also a people-person. ”

Chuck Norrell
Construction Manager
Chuck Norrell is responsible for all field operations for KDW’s major projects. Mr. Norrell has an extensive background on large/complex structures. He is highly skilled with subcontractor management, scheduling, logistics, and safety/quality control. Mr. Norrell also maintains KDW’s ability to self perform work. He has over 25 years construction experience serving many clients such as Texas A&M University, Goya Foods, ReedHycalog, The Woodlands, The Reserve at Park Ten, Cinemark, Fort Bend ISD and the Texas Department of Corrections. |
