Development of a 169,000 sf facility that will be a Silver rated, LEED certified manufacturing facility. Because of its location in the Sugar Land Industrial Park, a higher exterior finish is required. The exterior surfaces are tilt wall, specialty metal clad insulated wall panels and glazing. This project requires special foundations and utility services for all the manufacturing equipment.

The 30,000 sf extruder tower is 75’ above the finished floor. There will be railroad spurs constructed on this site.
