KINGHAM • DALTON • WILSON provided design/build services for Busch’s new facility near Intercontinental Airport in Houston. The structure consists of a pre-engineered metal building with a tilt-wall for both the office and warehouse.

Busch Inc. will service their vacuum pump systems in the air conditioned side of the warehouse. Three overhead cranes, two columnmounted and one floor-mounted jib crane will facilitate the service warehouse.

The building is designed for future expansion.
