KINGHAM • DALTON • WILSON provided design/build services for the new 13,500 sf clinic located on the Sam Houston toll way near West Little York. This project consisted of physical therapy and exam rooms, x-ray area, admissions area, office space, and a nicely finished specialty clinic. The project also included the main offices for the Concentra Houston Area Management staff and a secured storage area for Concentra’s mobile units.
