Development of 2.7 acres in the Westchase Town Park area on the west side of Houston. It will include a 20,000 sf tilt wall and structural steel building. There will be 6,480 sf of office build out and 3,820 sf of research laboratory with casework. Some of the features of this facility include landscaped seating areas, specialty canopies, faux stone facades.
