Kennel Facility

KINGHAM • DALTON • WILSON is providing design/build/development services for this state-of-the-art kennel facility. The “lodge” will offer full-service dog and cat boarding and grooming services that can be tailored to a pet’s specific needs. This facility is composed of 10,550 sf of kennel space and 3,135 sf of office space. The kennel area was designed with a custom floor slab with specific slopes and drainages systems to accommodate the custom kenneling stations. The exterior has wood, stucco, cultered stone, and the entry has a wood truss and trellis’ element to give the facility a sense of the Texas Hill country design.
