KINGHAM • DALTON • WILSON provided development and design/build services for the new showcase home of the Houston division of Mackay Marine, a provider of communications and equipment servicing the Gulf Coast area.

This new construction of a 14,268 sf tilt-wall facility with exterior design blends in with the meticulously landscaped business park. The project includes a 3,162 sf warehouse facility and 11,106 sf of well-appointed office space.

Mackay Marine is an offshore communication company specializing in delivering commercial and governmental mariners and offshore customers with a comprehensive line of high quality electronic navigation, below-deck, and communications equipment with satellite airtime.
