KINGHAM • DALTON • WILSON provided development and design/build services for Spectracell Laboratories located in Westchase Business Park, an upscale corporate business park on the west side of Houston, Texas. This new facility serves as corporate headquarters and will also house the client's state-ofthe-art clinical laboratory providing unique blood testing services for physicians nationwide.

The new construction of a 20,000 sf tilt-wall facility with an exterior design blends in with the nicely landscaped corporate business park. The project includes 6,000 sf of clinical labs, 12,000 sf of well-appointed office space, and 2,000 sf of storage space. This single-story building has been architecturally designed in both the interior and the exterior to provide a warm, inviting feeling as you enter the facility.

Spectracell Laboratories is a blood research lab and is the industry’s leading provider of Functional Intracellular Analysis, patented tests for assessing the function of specific vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and other essential micronutrients within an individual’s white blood cells to give a complete picture of their nutritional status.
