KINGHAM • DALTON • WILSON is constructing a 34,000 SF facility for Tredco, L.P. The facility sits on 14.76 acres and is located on Fairmont Parkway in Pasadena, Texas and has an expected completion in 2008. The office/warehouse structure is steel with a tilt wall skin and fire sprinklers throughout. The 16,750 SF office area will have a raised entry atrium, reception area, offices, conference rooms, work stations, break rooms, and multiple restroom facilities. The 17,170 SF warehouse will be overhead crane ready, with a 1,550 SF mezzanine, offices, showers, restrooms, and a break room, with power, are and water drops throughout.

The 14.76 acre site has been divided into two parcels, so that a future building can be construction. The site will have 10,800 SF 5” thick paving for auto parking, 26,700 SF 7” thick paving for truck access, and 131,650 SF of laydown yard.

Starcon International, Inc. will be conducting business in the facility. Starcon is a refinery contractor which works inside plants and refineries. They are strategically located in Pasadena.
