Aker Solutions Subsea
Headquarters & Manufacturing Facility

KDW provided development and design/build services for the new Aker Solutions 94,800 sf headquarters located on the North Sam Houston Beltway in Houston, Texas. The facility consists of a two-story, 30,000 sf office that attaches to a 64,800 sf air-conditioned factory with four crane bays.
