KDW constructed the first LEED Certified chemical distribution facility in the United States for C.O. Global Corporation. The 64,386 sf facility is located in Westfair Business Park in Houston, Texas and sits on 4.4 acres. The facility, consisting of 57,120 sf of warehouse and 7,073 sf of office space, was completed in December of 2008.
The storage areas are equipped with 6-inch high curbs to control and contain spillage.
