Mackay Marine
Office & Warehouse Facility

KDW provided development and design/build services for the new 14,268 sf home of the Houston division of Mackay Marine. This tilt-wall facility is located in Deer Park, Texas and includes a 3,162 sf warehouse facility and 11,106 sf of well-appointed office space. Mackay Marine was founded in 1884 and provides sophisticated marine communications, navigation radar, satellite systems and more.
