KDW constructed an 80,000 sf design/build manufacturing facility in Sugar Land, Texas for Naztec. The main body of the building is a steel frame wrapped with a tilt wall skin. Additional tilt walls are offset from the structure to create depth and to enhance the entry canopies and awnings. The two-story office area contains a total of 20,000 sf. A complete build-out of the first floor included an atrium entry and reception area, offices, restrooms with showers and a cubicle area. |
