SpectraCell Laboratory I & II Office & Laboratory Facility
KDW provided development and design/build services for SpectraCell Laboratories. The two structures, 40,000 sf total, house the company's corporate headquarters and a state-of-the-art clinical laboratory. This 20,000 sf facility is comprised of tilt-wall and structural steel. There is a total of 10,000 sf of laboratory and approximately 17,000 sf of office space including storage space. SpectraCell's research and testing provides innovative diagnostic analyses to assist doctors in patient care, anti-aging medicine and more.
