KDW constructed a 34,000 sf design/build facility by Starcon's parent company, Tredco, L.P. The office/warehouse is located in Pasadena, Texas. The 16,750 sf office area has a raised entry atrium, reception area, offices, conference rooms, workstations, a break room and multiple restroom facilities. The 17,250 sf warehouse is overhead crane ready, with a 1,550 sf mezzanine that includes offices, showers, restrooms, and a break room. Starcon is a mechanical contractor primarily serving the energy producing industries.
The 14.76 acre site has been divided into two parcels for future expansion. The site has 10,800 sf of 5" thick paving for auto parking and 26,700 sf of 7" thick paving for truck access. In addition, there is 131,650 sf of laydown yard. |
