Overview

  • Interior renovation of an existing men’s support facility into a first class office and training facility for TAM International’s growing sales staff.

Need/Problem

  • TAM International required a facility to house their sales staff, conduct training, and provide a location to display their products to current and prospective clients.
  • The building being renovated contained a few features that the client wanted to preserve, but lacked a few key components they felt were critical for their intended use.

KDW Solution

  • KDW worked closely with Browne McGregor Architects, Inc. and TAM International to convert the space into the high-end sales facility that was designed.
  • The construction team worked carefully during the process to preserve those features that TAM International was interested in keeping, including but not limited to the following: stained concrete floors, interior specialty doors, lobby fireplace, and the vaulted ceiling in the training room.
