XSpace is a company determined to change the way we think about industrial condo space. To bring their ambitious vision to life, KDW built a four-story building that’s anything but ordinary.
It houses 114 high-end condo units that can be used multiple ways, whether for business, personal use or even storage. Units range from 300 to 1,000 SF across three stories. The top story of the building was custom-designed to include an owner’s lounge with spectacular views.
