West Greens Spec Building Overview

  • KDW designed/built this spec building for the Welcome Group.
  • This building has a warehouse space of 38,267 SF and 4,186 SF of office space.
  • The site and building has been designed for future building and yard expansions depending on tenant needs.
  • The warehouse and shop area is 20-ton crane ready and ventilation is based on four air changes per hour.
  • This unique office layout has 3,441 SF on level 2 and only 745 SF on level 1. Area under level 1 can either be used for a tool room or more office space depending on tenant needs.
  • Full fire sprinkler system all throughout.
  • 480/277v/3PH 800amp electrical service.
  • 100% LED lighting package.
