ONSITE OR OFFSITE, WE KNOW WHAT'S REQUIRED
Whether a client already has land or needs our help to identify viable locations for their business, one of KDW's first major due diligence roles is utility coordination. As part of our initial programing, we assist owners in quantifying their needs for all utilities. Once we've identified the nearest available service for each utility, we measure the scope and costs required to extend these services off and onsite to reach a facility. When required, and where possible, we can assist clients in offsite improvement negotiations with a developer or with local governing authorities should it be necessary. This crucial research helps to reduce any unexpected development costs or fees to your overall budget.
Logistics
We've collected experience and relationships that span multiple industries and areas of the South and Southwest. KDW uses this extensive knowledge to aid clients in identifying the ideal site to support their labor, transportation and materials needs. While a client is still searching for land, our feasibility studies narrow down the possible communities that can provide solutions to these resource and transportation requirements. Additionally, when specialty solutions are required and available but not yet built, such as rail, we can drive the development design and construction of this infrastructure as a single point of contact. We're your one-stop shop.
